Description
Hand-crafted crocheted baby hat with cute top-knot spirals. Made by Kathleen using 100% alpaca yarn this hat is super soft and cosy. A perfect baby gift! The hat has a circumference of 32 cms and will fit baby 0-3 months, or with head measurement up to 40 cms.
The yarn was processed locally at Two Rivers Mill from fleece kindly donated by the white members of our herd in 2025.
The hat is supplied with care instructions and information on the alpacas who donated their fleece to produce the luxurious yarn. The hat is packaged carefully. Labels and packaging can be personalised if requested.
Alpaca is a luxury fibre; soft, fine and lustrous. It is one of the strongest natural fibres and because the fleece doesn’t contain lanolin it is hypoallergenic and processing requires less harsh techniques than those required to strip lanolin from wool.
