On Saturday 8th June, with weather not befitting the month of June our small show team of 5 alpacas headed to Armagh County Show which hosts the annual judged NIAG halter show. With such a young, homebred team, we weren’t expecting great results so we were so SO chuffed to come home with, wait for it… … 3 firsts and 2 seconds as well as Champion Grey (Ashtonelle Delaney), Champion Light (Ashtonelle Dandelion) and Best Pet (Ashtonelle Buddy Boy). Really rounding off the day was Ashtonelle Dandelion being awarded Judge’s Choice – really special. A great day at a fun show amongst some lovely alpacas and with the great NIAG fraternity.
